Welcome to our outpatient clinic

At the outpatient clinic, we perform the initial examinations of sick animals in addition to health examinations for vaccination, health certificates and ID marking. We always conduct a thorough health check at all consultations and examine, among other things:

  1. The animal's hold.
  2. Eyes and ears.
  3. Teeth, oral cavity, dental position, pharynx.
  4. Heart and lungs.
  5. Abdomen, genitals, rectum and possibly prostate.
  6. Fur and skin.
  7. The movement system.

Good communication

If we find any abnormalities in the examination, we speak with the owner and proceed with an examination and diagnostic tests such as X-rays, ultrasounds, blood and urine tests. Depending on what is wrong with the animal, they are either treated completely, further examined in the outpatient clinic or housed for further examination and treatment. To avoid waiting times, we have appointments and sick animals are always prioritized.

Choose a regular vet for extra peace of mind

We understand that it is often easiest and safest to go to the same veterinarian for each visit. Of course, this is possible and something we also want. If your animal requires special treatment/examination, we will in some cases choose to let you go to a veterinarian other than your regular veterinarian. This is because our veterinarians have different fields of expertise where they have special expertise. This way we ensure that your animal receives the best treatment!

If you would like one of our veterinarians as your veterinarian, please let us know at booking an appointment or contact us.
