Payment
You can pay in cash, use a bank card or pay via our Dyrekonto. Dyrekonto is a credit solution from Resursbank that gives you the opportunity to postpone payment or split it into monthly installments with no fees for 30-60 days. The solution is practical and, as mentioned, at no cost to you if you pay within 30 days.
Insurance
Some insurance companies offer direct settlement, that is, you pay a deductible to us, the insurance company takes care of the rest. Here you can read more about insurances.
About prices
Veterinary services seem more expensive than medical services, even if they are not, because you only pay a fixed deductible at the doctor's. The rest of the medical bill is covered by the social security system. The vets do not have such a system and therefore you have to pay the entire bill unless you have veterinary insurance. The veterinary services are also subject to VAT, which means that 25% of the total you pay goes to the treasury.
If we had not invested in equipment, safety (ventilator) and further education it would have cost less to go to us. We have invested in modern and advanced equipment to be able to ensure patients the best treatment and not least to make their stay with us as safe as possible.
