Payment

You can pay in cash, use a bank card or pay via our Dyrekonto. Dyrekonto is a credit solution from Resursbank that gives you the opportunity to postpone payment or divide it into monthly installments with no fees for 30–60 days. The solution is practical and, as mentioned, free of charge for you if you pay within 30 days.

Insurance

Some insurance companies offer direct settlement. This means that you pay a deductible to us and the insurance company takes care of the rest. You can read more about this here. insurances.

About prices

Veterinary services seem more expensive than medical services even though they are not because you only pay a fixed deductible at the doctor's office. The rest of the medical bill is covered by the social security system. Veterinarians do not have such a system and therefore you have to pay the entire bill unless you have veterinary insurance. Veterinary services are also subject to VAT, which means that 25% of what you pay in total goes to the state treasury.

If we had not invested in equipment, safety (ventilator) and continuing education, it would cost less to visit us. We have invested in modern and advanced equipment to ensure our patients receive the best treatment and, not least, to make their stay with us as safe as possible.
